Spending too much time in front of the computer or TV can be very eye damaging, causing dryness or itching of the eyes and headaches. Unfortunately, not all of us can afford to take that necessary break. But we found a method for you to heal your eyes while working in less than 15 minutes.
The following eye-exercises are great to improve your eyesight and get rid of the tired-eye syndrome.
1. Look in the dark

Put your elbows on the desk. Close your eyes and cover them with your palms. Relax, and open your eyes by staring in the dark. Stand like this for a few minutes.
2. Move your eyes from one side to another

Stand straight and look straight ahead. Without moving your head, look to the left. Focus on what you see. Then look to the right and focus again on what you see. Then look from side to side five times. Repeat this exercise in 3 sets.
3. Up and down movement

Stand straight and look forward. Then look up and focus on what you see. Look down. Don’t be afraid to frown. Then look up and down five times. Repeat the exercise in 3 sets.
4. Moving your eyes diagonally

Look straight ahead, and then look down and in the left. Then move your eyes diagonally and look up and right. Focus on what you see. Repeat the exercise five times, and then look straight ahead and do the same cycle in the opposite direction. Repeat the entire cycle three times.
5. Roll your eyes

Stand straight and relax. Look to the left and slowly roll your eyes for five times in clockwise. Then do the same in the opposite side for five times. Repeat the entire cycle three times.
6. Zoom-in, zoom-out

Focus your eyes on a pencil or any other nearby object. It should be 20-30 cm distance from your eyes. Then look to another object far away. Focus on that and try to see every detail. Then look at the pencil again. Change your focusing for five times. Repeat this cycle three times.
7. Focusing # 1

Stand straight and look straight ahead. Look at the point between your eyebrows. Focus on what you see for a few seconds. Then look again straight ahead. Change this focus five times and repeat this exercise in 3 sets.
8. Focusing # 2

Stand straight. Just look ahead. Look at your nose for a few seconds. Then look again in front. Change this focus five times in 3 sets.
9. Massage # 1

Close your eyes, and then gently squeeze your eyes for three seconds. Relax the muscles around your eyes. Tighten your eyes again, and repeat it ten times.
10. Massage # 2

Close your eyes. Gently massage your eyelids with circular movements. Press lightly. Massage ten times in clockwise direction, then massage in the opposite direction.
